I've mentioned Uma's luxurious ayurvedic vegan wellness and facial oils mannnny times but i figured i'd tell you all about my favorite oil's uses!

All over

During times of breakouts, especially around my period, I use this all over my face every night and find it both treats and prevents future breakouts so I rarely get those period zits if I'm consistent. 

I use a toner or face mist and apply it while my skin is still wet. Then when I wake up in the morning my skin feels clear and moisturized. 

Spot treatment

If I have a particular cluster of zits or one really persistent one, I'll use tiny drop of this on a clean finger tip and apply it to the area a few times throughout the day if I remember, otherwise at least morning and night. Its the perfect combination of zit-fighting and skin protecting!

Pre treatment/ oil cleanse

The last way I like to use this is to remove my makeup normally then use a dropper full of this as an oil cleanse and take time to massage it in before removing it with a hot wash cloth. I've noticed this makes it easier to do any extractions needed too and seems to prevent the area getting irritated.
