In case you were wondering why things went a bit quiet...

So this was our morning. 5 min after Adam left the house I get a call that he crashed and I needed to come get him. He hit ice, spun and hit a grader coming the other way that threw him into the trees. He got checked out at the hospital and is absolutely fine other than surface cuts and bruising from the seatbelt and airbags. If someone had been in the passenger seat it would be a very different story. PLEASE please please drive safe especially in the winter; you might be the best driver in the world but you can't control road conditions or other drivers reactions. Needless to say we'll be laying low for a few days and getting him better.
