You smoothie...

I've been really enjoying smoothies a lot lately, especially first thing in the morning before a work out. It gives me enough in my stomach to give me energy but not so much i feel pukey when working out.


Here are a couple of my favorite combos lately but the great thing about smoothies is that you can just throw in whatever you have so adjust them to suit your tastes.

Green-

  • Kale
  • 2 bananas
  • A handful of blueberries
  • Vega Sport Performance Protein in Berry
  • Splash of your favorite non-dairy milk
  • Water
  • Ice

Purple-

  • 2 bananas
  • A couple handfuls of mixed berries
  • Vega Sport Performance Protein in Berry
  • TBSP Chia
  • TBSP Flax
  • Splash of your favorite non-dairy milk
  • Water
  • Ice
