I've been really enjoying smoothies a lot lately, especially first thing in the morning before a work out. It gives me enough in my stomach to give me energy but not so much i feel pukey when working out.
Here are a couple of my favorite combos lately but the great thing about smoothies is that you can just throw in whatever you have so adjust them to suit your tastes.
Green-
- Kale
 - 2 bananas
 - A handful of blueberries
 - Vega Sport Performance Protein in Berry
 - Splash of your favorite non-dairy milk
 - Water
 - Ice
 
Purple-
- 2 bananas
 - A couple handfuls of mixed berries
 - Vega Sport Performance Protein in Berry
 - TBSP Chia
 - TBSP Flax
 - Splash of your favorite non-dairy milk
 - Water
 - Ice
