Well, it only took way longer than i promised but here it is, my super simple video on super simple lunch ideas! All vegan and all delicious.

Quinoa Bowl

  • Quinoa or other grain
  • Olive Oil
  • Kale or other leafy green
  • Salt
  • Avocado
  • Breaded Shrimp
  • Antipasti
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Kalamata Olives
  • Annie's Goddess Dressing

You can use loads of different things in these bowls, i've even had it with leftover split pea soup over the quinoa- get adventurous!

If you want to make it for work/school, just put your dressing in a separate container.

B.L.T
  • Bread
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Upton Naturals Bacon
  • Just Mayo
  • Pepper

I love the addition of the black pepper to this old classic. A great one for when you're hungover or just need some comfort food thats reasonably healthy.

Best served on fresh made bread! Keep your mayo on the side if you're taking it to work/school and dollop on right before eating.

Noodle Soup
  • Stock/Broth/Bouillion
  • Noodles
  • No Evil Foods Prepper
  • Bean Sprouts
  • Jalapenos
  • Cilantro
  • Lime
  • Ginger
  • Green Onions/ Spring Onions
  • Sriracha

Super easy and fun to make for lunches! Also easy to make in larger amounts and customize for multiple people/meal prep.

Throw your cilantro, jalapenos, green onions and lime in a small ziploc for travel and put it in the fridge if possible. Just grab it and add hot water when you're ready to eat and let it sit for a few seconds until the noodles are... noodley!

Here are some of my other favorite combos...

Pad Thai (add a little less water)
  • Satay Sauce
  • Garlic
  • Chopped Peanuts
  • Green Onions
  • Cilantro
  • Lime
  • Curry Paste
"Chicken" & Mushroom
  • Small Dried Mushrooms
  • Fake Chicken
  • Frozen Peas
  • "Chicken" stock
Coconut Curry
  • Curry Paste
  • Coconut cream
  • Chili Flakes
  • Tofu/Fake Meat
  • Pinch Brown Sugar
  • Garlic
  • Shiitake
