ReplyDeleteI order the chrome powders from oceannailsupply.com for our salon Finger Bang. They have the chrome and holographic and even a Rose Gold and Gold chrome and now even a galaxy chrome! And you do apply it over a no-wipe topcoat and then seal it with more topcoat! It's gorgeous
