Chia Peach Puddin'

A while ago i bought the most amazing mango chia cups and haven't been able to find them since. I figured i'd try making my own fruity little belly filler and was pleasantly surprised!

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup fruit (i used frozen peaches but go fresh if you can!)
  • 2-4 tbsp chia (depending on how thick you want it)

How to:
  • Blend fruit and coconut milk in a food processor/blender (skip this step if you want fruity chunks)
  • Add chia, stir and let sit in the fridge for at least an hour (i do it overnight)
  • Add granola/fruit etc to top and enjoy

Customize it:
  • Try different fruits or mix some. Mango is my favorite for this.
  • Top with granola and banana for a great breakfast delight.
  • Add a little agave if you need it sweeter.
